Reaching Your Goals by Talking to Yourself!

Are you talking yourself out of successfully reaching your goals? How do you feel when you set goals for yourself? Is it that you're telling yourself (Consciously or Unconsciously) that you are not worthy of obtaining that which you desire?

That you're not qualified enough or simply don't have the time or means to reach your dreams?

If this is what you're doing in your head, you need to change that inner conversation that you're having with yourself. That inner dialogue that constantly either boosts you up or tears you down.

Yes, anxious thoughts can stop you in your tracks! So, instead of allowing these goal destroying conversations to continue on Auto-Pilot simply start using positive self-talk to counter act the negative self talk and start your way of reaching your dreams!

Setting your goals and sticking to them using Positive Self Talk!

Most people are full of so much excitement when first setting their goals that they can barely be still. But then when negative self talk, which leads to self doubt and goal crushing thoughts come into play the excitement that brings happiness and faith of a brighter future Immediately starts to produce the same terrible fears, anxiety and frustrations that they are trying to eliminate in the first place. Their goals DO NOT match with what their minds are holding true about themselves. So their minds reject any new beliefs that does not coincide.

What's worse is that most people don't even know that they are having this negative conversation with themselves because it is usually buried down deep in the Sub-conscious mind. You are literally talking yourself out of being successful.

Learn the Other Way of Doing Things-The Effective Way!

So what is this effective way? What's the way that any individual can start to reach their dreams much more easier, faster and naturally? Positive Self Talk!!! It is the thing that will ensure that you stick with your plans, goals and dedication to them.

Ok- Decide which goals are the MOST IMPORTANT to you at the moment. Be sure to really narrow them down to what's really important to you.

Now, there are two sources of reaching your goals...

1. Consciously plan out How you are going to reach the goal(s)

2. Program your Sub-Conscious mind to Automatically help you reach your goals

Below are some ways to utilize both.

When using these techniques, if you notice any self doubts rising up to the surface, start using affirmations and Positive Self Talk to counter act them and/or replace them all together.

The Secret of Using Affirmations.

Affirmations can be termed, "Positive words or phrases that are intended to Re-Program your mind with positive thoughts".

Your self doubting thoughts will be Immediately counter acted with the Positive Affirmations that help you to better reach your goals.

For Example:

"I am a very big success", or "I am happy, healthy and full of love".

Replacing your self defeating thoughts with the Positive ones will direct you towards your goals instead of away from them.

Don't worry! Applying these techniques of Positive self talk and affirmations are pretty easy. Again, you might not even know that these negative conversations are going on in your head.

After you have decided which goals are the MOST important to you--Write them down! Then, in a very quiet place, relax and calm yourself as much as possible so that you can "feel" or "hear" the responses that are coming from your inner self and in relation to each goal you have. Be sure to write down the answers to each and every goal you have.

For each goal ask...

1. Can i achieve this goal? If not, why?

2. What exactly are the reasons that i can't reach this goal?

3. Is there anything holding me back from reaching this goal? If so, what?

Write answer(s) down. Now, for each goal simply write out a short statement that is the OPPOSITE of the answers you got for that goal.

For example:

If you asked the question, " Why can't I reach my goal of making $20,000.00 a month in my own internet business" and the answer that came to you is, "Because you're not good with computers"-- Simply write out a statement like, "I am learning how to operate computers with great ease and fun more each day", or "I am very good with computers and I am getting better each day".

This process of self discovery can and will open up your awareness of all the inner conversations that have been going on in your head for as long as you have been here. Try it!

By using positive self talk you're positioning yourself to reach your long and short term objectives with much greater ease!

By using affirmations you now have a secret weapon and tool to keep you on the straight and narrow that can lead you straight to your goals.
