Power of Visionary leadership.I love eagle,when you think about eagle ,you think about vision.Eagle have a capacity to see from five miles upin this sky in details.When you have a vision,you have a key to your life.And if you understand your vision,your live have a meaning.Power of personal and corporate vision.Vision itself have capacity to break every doors.The greatest gift God ever gave man is not the gift of sight,but the gift of vision.Sight is the function of eyes,but vision is the function of heart.Your eyes is the ennemy of your vision.I know many of you will ask why,because sight is limited to the capacity of the eyes,but vision is limited only by boundage of thinking.The reason why bible say man shall live by faith,not by sight.The source of vision is inspiration,the source of inspirationis passion,the source of passion is purpose,the source of purpose is divine inspiration,the source of divine inspiration is the reason fot creation. Visionary leadership is the ability to cause others to see a vision of the future bigger than their private ambitions.Visionary leadership motivates others to submit their energies and skills and comparate commitment to achieving a noble vision.Example any vision that is only benefit personal, house,cars is not from God.Any vision benefif for the comminauty,the globe,progress each other is from God.Please life according to your vision,no matter what.You must believe in the dack what God tell you in the light.The secret of vision is a capacity to see father than your eyes can look,vision is greatest source of hope.You and i born to see behond your eyes.I remember i was talking about wisdom,knowledge,understanding,prudence,and spirituality.Prov 4 v 7 saying that wisdom is supreme,therefore get wisdom,though it cost all you have get understanding.Let me give you definition of wisdom.Wisdom mean aplicacation,knowledge mean information,understanding mean comprehension.Sammy D.
