Greatest need on the planet.

The greatest need on this planet is government.Every nation on earth is seeking good government,manking is searching for good effective compassionate government.Why is government the priority pursuit of all manking.Becausegovernment has what our mandate is,government is the source of influence,government create law,and standard mean quality.Whoever create law created standard.Culture-lifestyle,community-corporate expression if you want to controla community,you have to contral a culture,then you have to control the moral standards and the values,and philosophy and the government influence.Other word you have no control.The community become a society,society-social relations.Whoever control a community,control a nation.I will give some example.Philosophy,law,values and moral,those control culture.Culture is life style of the people,is the results of the values.The values is the result of the moral,standing.The moral standing is the law steak./1-influence-control/2-philosophy-belief/3-law standard/4-values-establish worth/5-moral standards-social behavior.Vision without action is a day dream,action without vision is a nightmake.Above all, leadership is about.1-vision-35 percent/2-energing people 33 percent/3-communication 19 percent/4-charisma 8 percent/5-competance 5 percent.Leadership roles set direction and lead by example empower and energize people lead your team.A create an inspiring vision and lead by example.1-create an inspiring vision,establish shared values.,give direction and set stretch goals.2-manage change strategically-create change lead,change manage resistance to change.3-lead by example practice what you preach.,set an example., and share risks or hardship 4- demonstrate confidence with respect and trust without counting popularity.B-Empower,inspire,and energize people be enthusiastic,inspire and energize people.,create apositive work environment.Inspirational leader., roles empower people delegate autority.Be open to ideas.,have faith in the creativity of others.,communicate openly and honesly,give clear guidelines.,set clear expectating.,empathize be willing to discuss and solve problems listen with understanding.,support and help.C-Build and lead a team.Use team aproach facilite cooperation.,involve everyone.,trust your team rely on their judgment.Bring out the best in your people have common touch with them.
